DAMAGED OR LOST DURING SHIPPING?

We make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition. In the unfortunate case of items damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us at sales@moscollective.com.au and we will do our best to resolve your issue.

IMPORTANT: Shipping damage or lost items must be reported within 5 days of the scheduled date of delivery.

We do not provide a refund or exchange of a product if you simply changed your mind, so please choose carefully.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER.

We work hard to get your orders shipped as quickly as possible. If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please contact us immediately. We will do all that we can to stop the items from being processed and/or shipped but there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time.
